Uptown

MADO Healthcare Uptown serves clients living with mental illness who require nursing and intermediate care for physical health challenges. This center offers physical and occupational therapy.

Clients can dine in the center’s dining room for three daily meals. Individual rooms are also equipped with in-room dining services. The Center has a small, private park to enjoy. In addition to medical services provided, clients also receive individual and group therapeutic services as well as recreational activity and a chance to connect with peers.
