Recovery and Rehabilitation Program

Skilled and Intermediate Nursing Care
Skilled and intermediate nursing care services for persons living with mental health and chronic physical conditions are offered at MADO Healthcare – Uptown.

MADO Healthcare supports each person in their individual pursuits of wellness. MADO Healthcare provides evidence-based services for adults (18 years of age or older) who live with a serious mental illness, who may also live with one or more chronic physical health challenges and/or a substance use disorder.
Persons eligible for MADO Healthcare services must be a Medicaid or both Medicaid and Medicare recipient, or a private pay client.
