MADO Healthcare is ready to help
MADO Healthcare provides evidence-based services for adults (at least 18 years of age) who live with a serious mental illness, who may also live with one or more chronic physical health challenges and/or a substance use disorder.
Persons eligible for MADO Healthcare services must be a Medicaid Integrated Care Plan recipient or dually eligible Medicaid and Medicare recipient, or a private pay client.

Eligibility and Insurance
Residential Recovery Services help…
- Adults who are at least 18 years of age
- Persons living with a primary serious and persistent mental illness who may also have one or more chronic primary health co-morbidities and/or substance use disorders
- Persons stratified as high to moderate risk
- Individuals supported by Medicaid-ICP or dually eligible-MMAI/MLTSS
Skilled and Intermediate Nursing Services help…
- Adults who are at least 18 years of age
- Persons living with a primary serious and persistent mental illness who may also have one or more chronic primary health co-morbidities and/or substance use disorders
- Persons living with a physical health diagnosis requiring long term care
