Our Douglass Park location provides recovery transitions and rehabilitation services to Chicagoans in need. As a family-run medical center with over 50 years in the community, we understand the importance of building social safety nets for those suffering from addiction and mental illness.

Accommodations:

Meals are provided daily as clients choose from a variety of options prepared cafeteria style for clients of the Recovery and Rehabilitation, or made by peers in the Independent Living Program.

There are client lounge rooms to enjoy television, read a book or visit with guests. This center is situated on Chicago’s Douglass Park and has a private enclosed park space to enjoy.
