Mental Health Rehabilitation Programs
We are a community that supports recovery, wellness, and symptom management. We'll work with you to identify and reach personal milestones, while you receive therapeutic services to improve life skills and self-advocacy.
Skilled and Intermediate Nursing Care
At our Uptown Chicago location, we provide skilled and intermediate nursing care if you or a loved one live with mental health and/or chronic physical conditions.

What to Expect at MADO
Find the Support You Need Today
We believe in supporting each person in their individual pursuits of wellness. MADO Healthcare provides evidence-based and informed treatment for adults (18 years of age or older) who live with a serious mental illness, who may also live with one or more chronic physical health challenges, and/or a substance use disorder.
Those eligible for MADO Healthcare services must be a Medicaid or both Medicaid and Medicare recipient, or a private pay client.
