This past August 1, the MADO Healthcare’s Senior Management Team kicked off a Strategic Planning process with the aspiration to develop a 3-year organizational road map for the company. During the session, the team identified several priority goals such as: elevating client satisfaction by implementing best practice programming, exploring effective employee support programs, and to seek and obtain national accreditation sponsored by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Key work groups are being established across the organization to collaboratively map-out a plan to accomplish these and other identified goals. As strategic plans are developed, the measure of success will be the ability to engage employees and clients in the process and the work they will generate. Stay tuned!
