Norwegian American Hospital honored MADO Healthcare President Peter O’Brien with the annual Community Partner Award at a luncheon during their Annual Board of Trustee’s Retreat this past Saturday. Norwegian’s President Jose Sanchez stated that Peter has consistently extended his hand of support and has engaged in collaborative projects to serve the behavioral health needs of the Norwegian American Hospital community. Upon receiving the award, Peter expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation for this recognition to the board, Mr. Sanchez and the staff of the hospital. Peter accepted the award as a partner in building the community of those who believe in equitable access to mental healthcare and substance use disorders support. Community partners working together and recognizing these diseases of the body is of the utmost of importance and deserves all our attention and support.
