Our MADO Healthcare Buena Park location is seeking caring and compassionate C.N.A.s to work in a busy yet friendly environment. C.N.A.s must be certified in the State of Illinois, have no criminal history, practice good judgment, and be willing to learn. Typical duties can include but are not limited to: prompting and assisting clients with ADLs, prompting for medication and group times, rounds and room checks, and ensuring the overall safety of the clients.

MADO Healthcare – Buena Park

MADO Healthcare operates three specialized mental health rehabilitation facilities and one nursing care facility in the city of Chicago. Our MADO Healthcare – Buena Park center is seeking a cook to join their team. Job duties include:

  • Cooking healthy and delicious meals and snack preparation daily, according to menu and recipes provided
  • Various cleaning duties
  • Serving food to clients on the meal line
  • Meal monitoring and ensuring physician-ordered diets are being followed for clients
  • Dietary documentation, including food and refrigerator temperatures

MADO Healthcare strives to serve our client’s meals in a therapeutic and recovery-based setting. We also seek staff who possesses excellent customer service skills and can participate in a teamwork environment. Current State of Illinois and City of Chicago Sanitation Certificate REQUIRED. MUST have availability from 6am to 6:30pm daily, including weekends. Schedule includes 7 x 6-hour shifts every 2 weeks. Cook Aide

MADO Healthcare – Buena Park

MADO Healthcare operates three specialized mental health rehabilitation facilities and one nursing care facility in the city of Chicago. Our MADO Healthcare – Buena Park center is seeking a cook aide to join their team. Job duties include:

  • Assisting the cook daily with meal and snack preparation
  • Various cleaning duties, including cleaning and prepping dishes for meals
  • Serving food to clients on the meal line
  • Meal monitoring and passing out diet tickets to clients
  • Dietary documentation

MADO Healthcare operates three specialized mental health rehabilitation facilities and one nursing care facility in the city of Chicago. Our MADO Healthcare Buena Park location is seeking a caring and compassionate part-time LPN to cover Friday 2nd shift (3PM-11:30PM) and weekend shifts. LPN license must be in good standing in the State of Illinois. LPNs with mental health recovery experience is preferred but not required.

MADO Healthcare operates three specialized mental health rehabilitation facilities and one nursing care facility in the city of Chicago. Our MADO Healthcare – Douglas Park center is seeking a caring, compassionate and flexible full-time LPN for day shift (7am-7:30pm) every other weekend off and rotating holidays. LPN license must in good standing in the state of Illinois. LPN with mental health recovery experience is preferred but not required. Extensive training will be provided upon hire.

MADO Healthcare – Douglas Park

MADO Healthcare operates three specialized mental health rehabilitation facilities and one nursing care facility in the city of Chicago. Our MADO Healthcare – Douglas Park center is seeking a full-time housekeeper to cover the 7-3:30 shift with some weekend shifts required. Applicant must possess good communication skills to maintain courteous relationships with clients, families, supervisors and visitors of the facility. Typical duties include but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing and buffing the floors and washing and cleaning the rooms and common areas throughout the facility. Must be free of a criminal background that is a Disqualifying Offense as defined by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Our MADO Healthcare – Douglas Park center is seeking a cook to join their team. The Dietary Cook is responsible for the preparation and service of all food served by the Dietary Department. The Dietary Cook
must prepare and serve all food according to the menus and recipes provided by the facility, as well as in compliance with city and state regulations. Must possess interpersonal skills necessary to exchange information and maintain courteous relationships with clients, families, supervisors and visitors of the facility. Must be free of a criminal background that is a Disqualifying Offense as defined by the Illinois Department of Public Health. Current City & State Food Service/Sanitation Certificate required.

Our MADO Healthcare – Old Town center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants. Candidate will be responsible for rounds, vitals, assisting with ADL’s, crisis de-escalation, and working collaboratively with the rest of the healthcare team.
