POSITION

Project Coordinator

MADO Healthcare – Corporate Position

The Project Coordinator works to support the completion and success of multifaceted programs under the direction of the Vice President of Strategic Development and the Vice President of Operations. The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing specific projects and systems. The ideal candidate will also have a sufficient skill set on aspects of technology equipment and systems. This position requires flexibility in working across diverse facets of the company. Additionally, this role provides a level of administrative support as required.  This position reports to the Vice President of Strategic Development at MADO Healthcare.

 Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience owning and driving all aspects of a detailed, multi-component project from concept to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to develop a keen understanding of company mission and priorities
  • Proven ability to quickly establish rapport with staff and stakeholders
  • Able to confidently organize and present information to company leadership and others
  • High personal standards in all aspects of work
  • Upbeat, positive, and able to maintain composure under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation of specific program initiatives as directed
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and manage often complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Manage and direct IT support with outsourced third party IT-vendors
  • Coordinate and at times provide IT training to internal staff resourced by third party vendors
  • Capable of managing cross functional IT projects across a variety of business functions
  • Work with IT vendor to develop and maintain the hardware inventory
  • Support submission of documentation to accrediting/regulatory bodies
  • Develop, monitor, and support project timelines, and support efforts to ensure key milestones are met
  • Communicate project (s) status (both formally and informally) to internal teams
  • Track and report project metrics/outcomes
  • Resolve and/or escalate challenges/issues to management in a timely fashion
  • Partner with Director of Outreach and Admissions to support the development of a client referral network and to support daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
  • Responsible for the administration of all human resource aspects of the Strategic Development Office
  • Is a member of the MADO Healthcare senior management team
  • Provides administrative support to the VP of Strategic Development & VP of Operations as assigned

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

MADO Healthcare – Buena Park

MADO Healthcare operates three specialized mental health rehabilitation facilities and one nursing care facility in the city of Chicago. MADO Healthcare- Buena Park is seeking caring and compassionate CNAs to work in a busy yet friendly environment. CNAs must be certified in the State of Illinois, have no criminal history, practice good judgment, and be willing to learn. Typical duties can include but are not limited to: prompting and assisting clients with ADLs, prompting for medication and group times, rounds and room checks, and ensuring the overall safety of the clients.

Current CNA Openings:

  • 1, Full-Time Day with supervisory duties (supervisory experience required) position

MADO Healthcare operates three specialized mental health rehabilitation facilities and one nursing care facility in the city of Chicago.  MADO Healthcare Buena Park is seeking a caring and compassionate full-time LPN, a part-time flexible scheduling position and two part-time LPNs to cover 3:00pm-11:30pm shift. LPN license must be in good standing in the State of Illinois. LPNs with mental health recovery experience is preferred but not required.

Overnight Mental Health Professional (MHP)

MADO Healthcare – Buena Park

MADO Healthcare Buena Park is a mental health facility in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood that prides ourselves in providing care and treatment to adults with psychiatric illness. We are committed to providing a supportive environment; as well as an ongoing plan for continued healthcare and improved mental health. We value recovery and it is our mission to support each client in their pursuit of wellness.

We are seeking 2 full-time Mental Health Professionals (MHP’s) for the overnight shift (11pm-7:30am) – An individual who provides services under the supervision of a Qualified Mental Health Professional and who possesses one of the following:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a human service field
  • OR a certificate of psychiatric rehabilitation from a DHS-approved program plus a high school diploma or GED plus 2 years experience in providing mental health services;
  • OR a Recovery Support Specialist certification
  • OR a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and 5 years supervised clinical experience in mental health or human services.

Qualified candidates will:

  • Possess exceptional interpersonal skills necessary to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations, such as psychiatric crisis and behavior issues
  • Provide care and compassion in delivery of care
  • Demonstrate good judgement
  • Have the flexibility to work overnights, weekends and holidays
  • Have the desire to grow professionally

Responsibilities include:

  • Participates actively and collaborates with all interdisciplinary team members
  • Complete and maintain proper documentation
  • Verbally diffuse and deescalate client behavior episodes
  • Advocate for the client
  • Complete mandatory training

 POSITION

Overnight Security Guard/Front Desk Receptionist

MADO Healthcare – Buena Park

MADO Healthcare operates as one of three specialized mental health rehabilitation facilities in the city of Chicago. Our MADO Healthcare – Buena Park center is seeking full-time security personnel to cover overnight shifts, 11pm-7:30am. The Security/Receptionist works as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure the safety of clients and the premises.

Responsibilities include

  • monitors the entrance and departure of employees, clients & visitors
  • maintains telecommunications system
  • reviews surveillance camera feeds
  • responds to alarms, codes and critical incidents
  • conducts hourly rounds
  • reports irregularities in safety conditions or client behavior to the person in charge
  • inspects bags of persons entering or leaving the facility
  • assists with emergency situations.

Must be free of a criminal background that is a Disqualifying Offense as defined by the Illinois Department of Public Health

MADO Healthcare operates three specialized mental health rehabilitation facilities and one nursing care facility in the city of Chicago. MADO Healthcare – Douglas Park is seeking a caring, compassionate and flexible RN or LPN for rotating shifts. RN/LPN license must in good standing in the state of Illinois. Candidate with mental health recovery experience is strongly preferred but not required. Extensive training will be provided upon hire.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Medication administration
  • Accurate documentation
  • Carrying out physician’s orders
  • Tending to clients who are in need of assistance

Shift:

Overnight shift, 3 days a week and 4 days a week on alternating weeks. Full Time Position

MADO Healthcare- Old Town operates as a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility in the city of Chicago. Old Town center is seeking CNAs as well as RSAs to facilitate recovery and re-entry into the community for those with mental illness. Typical duties can include but are not limited to: crisis de-escalation, assisting clients with ADLs, prompting for medication and group times, rounds, room checks, ensuring the overall safety of the clients and working collaboratively with the rest of the healthcare team. Experience working with persons with mental illness is preferred. Candidates with current CPI and CPR certification are encouraged to applyCurrently, there are 3 available positions for the 3:00pm-11:30pm shifts.
